A traditional tea that has been enjoyed for millennia. Bursting with Vitamin C and Vitamin A. For preparing loose leaf, gently break needles to release fresh oils. For tea bags, simply place in your cup. Add hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes. Great straight up, or with maple syrup. It is incredibly delicious!
