If Using Medicinally…
Recommended dose 1 tea bag in 150 to 200 ml of water. Do not exceed 3 teabags /day. Wait 30 minutes between cups (see contraindications).

Discontinue use if headache, drowsiness, heavy perspiration, muscle spasms, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea occur.
Hypersensitivity: e.g. allergy, nausea, and stomach complaint have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
